Tuberculosis Research Challenges - TB Drug Accelerator Webinar

13 December: Collaborative Drug Discovery (CDD) will host a webinar discussing an innovative collaboration in the discovery and development of drugs to treat Tuberculosis

Hear Dr. Ben Gold and Dr. Dale Kempf, members of the TB Drug Accelerator Program (TBDA), discuss the challenges of Tuberculosis (TB) research and how TBDA is tackling this terrible disease. The webinar will be moderated by Dr. Peter Warner from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. 

The TBDA brings together seven major biopharmaceutical companies with leading academic, non-profit and government researchers to “identify new ways to target bacteria that are resistant to current drug regimens, develop new tools for drug discovery, and discover new drugs that can lead to accelerated treatments.”
